Privacy PolicyThis privacy policy applies to the Stay app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by BondLabs Inc. (collectively, the "Application"). BondLabs Inc. is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and UseStay is designed to operate without collecting personal data on our servers. The Application does not transmit your personal information to the Service Provider or to any third-party server.The information you enter into the Application — including your stated goal, your reasons for change, the name of your witness, your check-in history, and your streak — is stored locally on your device.
You may optionally allow the Application to back up this information to your own private iCloud account, using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage. This data belongs entirely to you and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. The Service Provider does not have access to your iCloud data.The Application does not collect your IP address, device identifier, location, advertising identifier, contacts, photos, or any biometric or health data on our servers.
Cookies, Tracking, and AnalyticsThe Application does not use cookies, third-party SDKs, pixels, analytics services, or any tracking technologies. The Application does not use AppsFlyer, Branch, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar service.Third Party AccessThe Service Provider does not share, sell, transmit, or transfer your information to third parties. No analytics or telemetry of any kind is sent from the Application to any external service.
The only third parties involved in operating Stay are:Apple Inc., which provides the App Store, in-app purchase processing through StoreKit, and iCloud sync. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.The Service Provider does not have access to your purchase history beyond what is necessary to verify a valid subscription.Your RightsYou have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data the Service Provider holds about you. Because the Application stores your data locally on your device, you control deletion directly: you may delete all data within the Application via Settings, or by uninstalling the Application.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.The Service Provider does not sell or share your personal information. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].International Data TransfersBecause the Service Provider does not collect or transmit personal data, no international data transfers of your personal information occur as a result of using the Application. iCloud sync, if enabled, is between your device and your own Apple iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.Disclosure for Legal ReasonsThe Service Provider does not hold personal data that would typically be subject to legal disclosure. In the unlikely event that the Service Provider is required by law to disclose any information they may hold (such as a subscription record verified through Apple), they will do so:as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety, or respond to a government requestOpt-Out RightsYou can stop the Application from storing any information by uninstalling the Application or by selecting "Reset Everything" from within the Application's Settings screen.Data RetentionBecause the Service Provider does not collect personal data on its servers, no data retention occurs on the Service Provider's side. Data stored locally on your device, or in your iCloud account, is retained for as long as you keep the Application installed or until you delete it manually.ChildrenThe Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market the Application to children. The Application's App Store age rating is 17+.
If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 has used the Application and provided information to the Service Provider, please contact [email protected] so the Service Provider can take appropriate action.SecurityThe Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard the Application. Because personal data is stored locally on your device and (optionally) in your own iCloud account, security is largely governed by your device's protections (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, encryption at rest) and Apple's iCloud security measures.
Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting any data the Service Provider may hold (such as subscription records verified through Apple), the Service Provider will notify affected users in accordance with applicable legal requirements.ChangesThe Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stay mobile application ("Stay" or the "Application"), operated by BondLabs Inc. ("BondLabs," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Stay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.1. The ServiceStay is a personal habit-tracking application that counts the number of days you have stayed consistent with a commitment you define yourself. The Application is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use.
Stay is not a medical device, treatment, therapy, or substitute for professional advice. If you are recovering from substance dependence or a mental health condition, you should consult a qualified professional. Stay is a tool, not a treatment.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old to use Stay. The Application is rated 17+ on the App Store due to subject matter that may include sobriety, addiction, and recovery themes. If you are under 18, you may only use Stay with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your Account and Data
Stay does not require an account. All information you enter is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your own private iCloud. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your device and your Apple ID.
You are responsible for the content you enter into Stay, including your stated goal, your reasons for change, the name of any witness, and any photos or videos you choose to import. You should not enter any information you would not want stored on your own device.4. Subscriptions and PaymentStay offers an optional premium subscription ("Stay Premium") with two pricing tiers:Annual: $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Weekly: $6.99 per week, no free trialSubscriptions are sold and processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID's subscription management screen (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS), or by tapping "Manage subscription" inside the Application's Settings.
Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then. Apple, not BondLabs, manages all billing, refund, and renewal logic.5. RefundsRefund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's standard refund policy. BondLabs does not directly process refunds. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
Use the Application to harass, threaten, or harm another person
Modify the Application or create derivative works based on it
Attempt to circumvent the Application's subscription or trial mechanics
Use the Application in any way that violates applicable law7. Intellectual PropertyThe Application, including its design, code, brand, "Stay" name, the "Stay" wordmark, the "getstay.app" domain, and all associated trademarks and copyrights, is the property of BondLabs Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
Content you create in the Application — such as your stated goal, your check-ins, your photos and videos, and any share cards you export — belongs to you. By using the Application's share features, you grant BondLabs no rights to your content.8. DisclaimersThe Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BondLabs does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome in your personal habits.
Stay is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or, in the United States, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, BondLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of streak data, loss of progress, or any emotional distress related to your use of the Application.
BondLabs' total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.10. TerminationYou may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Your subscription, if any, will continue to renew until canceled through Apple. BondLabs reserves the right to discontinue the Application or suspend access to it at our discretion.11. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at https://getstay.app/#terms. Continued use of the Application after a material update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.13.
